A few weeks ago I asked you guys on Instagram if you preferred having clean, organized Instagram stories for shoppable links or if it didn’t matter at all. Almost 80% of you said having a staple “shop now/swipe up” story would make it easier. And I totally agree! 

I tend to swipe up and shop items via Instagram when the story is aesthetically pleasing, clean and highlights the product well. I’ve been playing around with Instagram Swipe Up stories for the last few weeks on PicMonkey but I need your help in picking THE one to move forward with!

I found these Instagram Story templates on the PicMonkey Templates tab. I love that the templates are made to fit exactly the dimensions of IG stories and of course how versatile they are. You can create “swipe up” stories, lists and flyers for new blog posts, discount codes and much much more.

I wanted to first show you guys how I took a standard PicMonkey Story Template and made it my own Swipe Up Story:

I simply:

1. Chose a PicMonkey Template 
2. Replaced their stock photo with mine
3. Changed the background color + design elements that were already in place
4. Reworded the text to make sense for my story ie. Shop now & Swipe up

It was SUPER simple and created a beautiful swipe up story template that I can use for all future products I am sharing!
