It’s hard to believe that I am 31 weeks and 2 days along now. Wasn’t it just yesterday I posted my first trimester update? Time is definitely passing by and some days are harder than others. After 31 weeks I’ve seriously discovered the products and must haves I need to make this ride a little bit easier so, I wanted to share them with all of you!

I didn’t go crazy with pregnancy items or gadgets. I simply bought things to help ease issues (there are a lot of those) as they would come up. I hope this helps guide my mamas-to-be out there!

1. Pregnancy Pillow – Some women swear by it, others don’t care for it. To be completely honest…it’s my number one life saver for sleep! I love the support it gives me and how comfy it is. I haven’t slept this good my entire life.

2. Muscle Roller – Oh the infamous muscle roller…if you follow me on Instagram YOU KNOW. I bought this early on to help roll out the aches and pains in my legs. And it worked. I have Emin roll it on my legs through out the week. Helps a ton with swelling as well!

3. Lip Balm – Dry, dry dry. Not sure if it’s the weather or the pregnancy but I am extremely dry and the only thing that has helped my lips is the Sol De Janeiro Lip Butter. I love the smell, how big the balm is and how hydrating it feels!

4. Bras – I wasn’t a fan of bras before Baby but the girls got bigger and needed daily support. I’ve tried a ton of different bras in the last few months and always come back to the Calvin Klein cotton bralettes. They are so soft and extremely comfortable!

5. Prenatal Pills – The only Prenatal Pills I will ever take. Ritual. Easy to swallow, don’t come up and make me gag…plus they are filled with all the nutrients for Baby V.

6. Maternity Leggings – Old Navy’s full panel (which means it goes over the belly) leggings are the best leggings ever! They are so affordable and so soft.

7. Stretch Mark Oil – You can’t go a day without using some sort of oil or cream on your belly and body! BioOil has been my favorite for stretch marks. It’s lightweight, not heavy oily as most are, and really nourishes my skin. Big fan!

8. Yoga Short – These were great up until the 3rd trimester so I still highly suggest them! I wore these biker shorts, yoga shorts underneath all my dresses to avoid chaffing thighs and to give my belly and butt some extra support.
